Who We Are

WHO WE ARE

      Our members are a part of this community.  Our children and grandchildren are growing up here and we take pride in our neighborhoods.  Many of us are volunteers in numerous community activities including the Chamber of Commerce, civic clubs, religious organizations, city and county politics, charities, and hospitals.

      Through the years the Association has donated thousands of dollars to local entities such as the Augusta Richmond County Museum, St. Joseph’s Foundation and Hospice, Habitat for Humanity, Berry Children’s Center, CSRA Alliance for Fort Gordon, Columbia County Foundation for Children, The Fisher House at Fort Gordon, The Augusta Training Shop, The Family Y, Ronald McDonald House, Golden Harvest Food Bank, Hope House, Kids Restart, Columbia County Humane Society, Garden City Rescue Mission, Heritage Academy, Interfaith Hospitality Network of Augusta, Jud C. Hickey Alzheimer’s Care Center, The Lydia Project, and Walk For Autism-Augusta.

WHO WE ARE NOT
      The Builders Association of Metro Augusta is a trade association and has no legal jurisdiction to intervene in matters of dispute, act as arbitrator or in any other capacity, in a consumer’s efforts to resolve any disagreements.  The Builders Association does not recommend individual members for services or products.  We will refer you to our member list and encourage you to do business with a member, but it is a consumer’s responsibility to ensure that the one you choose will meet your  needs.
